Jerad Watson
A born and raised Texan, Jerad Watson moved to Corpus Christi after highschool to play college baseball for Texas A&M CC. He married his wife Candace in 2005. They decided in the fall of 2008 to relocate from Amarillo, Texas down to the gulf coast. The pair traveled back and forth between the two areas until they finally planted their roots in Corpus Christi. Residing on North Padre Island, together they have three beautiful daughters; Milleigh, Lainey and Olive.
A West Texas A&M graduate in 2005, Jerad’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to his vocation. In 2006, Jerad opened Utilisav, an energy efficiency business. When Hurricane Harvey devastated the local area, Jerad quickly realized there was a need for someone to represent homeowners in ensuring their property was restored to pre-Harvey condition. In 2017, Peril Property Adjusters, LLC. was born. But, he certainly does not stop there. Jerad has also recently partnered with a team of investors forming a multi-family property management business.
Most importantly, Jerad puts God above all else. He and his family are heavily involved in the church. Jerad serves as an Elder and member on the Board of Directors and is assisting with the multi-million dollar development of a Real Life Church in Austin and on Padre Island. In his free time, Jerad enjoys taking his family out on the boat, teaching his girls how to swim, fishing and pretty much anything that gets him out of the office. While Jerad may seem to have his hands full right now, he’s about to take on one more substantial role to fill his time. Jerad, Candace and the girls are welcoming a new addition to the family: a baby boy, due August 27th.
